Purpose of the role

Assist and support Asfalis Advisors’ Emergency Management, Business Continuity, Crisis Management and Resilience program services with customers and the engagement team. The Support Coordinator role directly supports the direction and guidance of the work product and deliverables driven by Asfalis Technical Leads.

Responsibilities Include

  1. Provides subject area support, guidance, technical analyses, and experience in specific technical areas (Emergency Management, Physical Security, Business Continuity, and Crisis Management) to support management, and Technical Leads.
  2. Assist and support in all aspects of service and product delivery during the development, implementation, testing, and on-going maintenance with customers.
  3. Develop technical documents, including plans, playbooks, reports, user manuals, briefings, presentations, and business proposals.
  4. Ensure that final documents meet applicable requirements, compliance, and industry regulations (NIMS, HSEEP, ISO, OSHA, NFP, etc.) for publication ready products.
  5. Participate in meetings and other environments to assist in collaborative results for Asfalis and clients.
  6. Assist and support Asfalis teams in accomplishing tasks.

Minimum Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited University.
  2. 3-5 years of emergency preparedness, emergency response, business continuity, security, and crisis management (or related field) planning or response experience.
  3. Experience designing, developing, and publishing emergency management, crisis management, security or business continuity plans for public and private organizations.
  4. Proven ability to work within complex projects under tight deadlines.
  5. Excellent organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Requirements

  1. Direct experience working with senior leadership teams and presenting complex technical concepts in easily understandable text and pictures or graphics.
  2. Knowledge of standards and best practices related to Emergency Management, Security, Business Continuity and Crisis Management.
  3. Industry experience in healthcare, aviation, retail, or higher education.
  4. Previous experience working with a startup company.
  5. Certifications desired– CBCP, MBCP, PMP, CEM, or other related industry certifications.

Purpose of the role

The primary purpose of the Project Coordinator role is to:

  1. Support the planning, execution, and completion of homeland security and emergency management projects.
  2. Lead and coordinate projects to ensure they are delivered on time, within scope, and in compliance with quality standards.
  3. Attentive, detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills

The Ideal Candidate

  1. Has 3-5 years of experience in a project coordinator role and has the ability to build relationships and strategic partnerships.
  2. Is an active listener, focuses on customer pain points and is driven by providing value through service delivery.

Responsibilities Include

  1. Initiate and implement projects with clearly defined purpose, scope, and objectives.
  2. Establish relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
  3. Develop integrated project plans outlining milestones and deliverables.
  4. Manage the time, cost, risk, and quality metrics for each task.
  5. Ensuring proper Change management where applicable.
  6. Ensure quality standards and requirements for deliverables and products.
  7. Monitor and control project progress and budget.
  8. Support new and existing business development.
  9. Establish and manage an operational dashboard for control deadlines, budgets, quality, customer satisfaction, and team performance.
  10. Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment, and information.
  11. Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management.
  12. Analyze risks and opportunities.
  13. Monitor project progress and handle/escalate issues.
  14. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.

Minimum Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
  2. 3-5 years’ experience as a Project Coordinator managing projects from conception to delivery.
  3. 3-5 years’ experience using computers/technology such as Word, Excel, Outlook, Project management tools such MS Project, Asana, Monday.com or Jira.
  4. Strong client-facing and teamwork skills.
  5. Solid organizational skills, including multitasking, budgeting, and time-management.
  6. Proven experience facilitating discussions and leading meetings.
  7. Ability to travel to support internal company needs and customer engagements.

Purpose of the role

The primary purpose of the BDR or Sales Development Representative (SDR) role is to:
  1. Drive a results-driven comprehensive lead generation strategy, spanning across the full sales cycle to include acquisition, engagement, and conversion.
  2. Drive organizational high growth sales targets and top line revenue.
  3. Provide a relationship driven consultative selling approach by understanding key business issues and requirements in order to craft a solution that best meets each prospective customer’s needs. Lead Asfalis Advisor’s Emergency Management, Business Continuity, Crisis Management and Resilience program services for customers.

The Ideal Candidate

  1. Must be strategic, creative, and value results-driven organizations.
  2. Have proven expertise in creating and executing lead generation programs (inbound and outbound) targeted for executive leadership.
  3. Previous experience in business development with key industries to include business continuity, cyber security, enterprise risk, emergency management, physical security, emergency communications, or risk related software products.
  4. Be confident with building trust, communicating, engaging, and building relationships with executive leadership roles (i.e. directors, vice presidents, and chief executives).
  5. Is an active listener, focuses on prospects pain points and is driven on providing value, not selling.

Responsibilities Include

  1. Create and manage sales strategy to grow top line revenue for net new business (new accounts and new clients)
  2. Track, analyze and report on the performance of KPIs and provide quantifiable metrics and insights through dashboards and weekly reports.
  3. Provide prospecting on specific target accounts to enable goals to be achieved.
  4. Stay in constant contact with prospects, assist Project Executives with pipeline management, and prospect follow up.
  5. Attend targeted networking events or industry conferences for brand awareness, drive pipeline, and increase top line revenue.
  6. Drive and manage all aspects of prospecting activities to include (inbound and outbound activities, qualifying prospects, understanding prospects pain points, prospect research, providing value, increasing pipeline, and reporting).
  7. Complete Asfalis business development sales and marketing onboarding and utilize Sales Playbook.
  8. Attend weekly sales huddles and report on KPI’s via dashboard using customer relationship tools, such as HubSpot and Salesforce.
  9. Assist in reviewing customer proposal requests.
  10. Iterate and improve quality leads by keeping notes of activities that add value and activities that do not to maximize pipeline and increasing revenue.

Minimum Requirements

  1. Strong analytical skills, ability to draw conclusions, and develop recommendations.
  2. 3-4+ years of hands-on proven experience in managing lead-generation efforts (testing, measuring, iterating).
  3. 4-year degree, or equivalent work experience in a B2B environment in sales, lead generation, or sales support.
  4. Demonstrated ability to multi-task, set and manage expectations in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Outstanding problem-solving skills, high attention to detail, quantitative skills, and a data-driven mindset.
  6. Hands-on experience in CRM and marketing automation technologies (HubSpot preferred).
  7. 5+ years of experience building trust, communicating, engaging, and building relationships with executive leadership.
  8. Experience selling to specific industries to include business continuity, cyber security, enterprise risk, emergency management, physical security, emergency communications, or risk related software products.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Role is Responsible for – to include, but not limited to:
