Purpose of the role 

Compile and document an operational business continuity playbook. 

Hours: Four (4) month part-time engagement with an opportunity for extension.

Hourly Rate: $90/hour 

Working from established requirements, this role will collaborate with our clients and internal team. The following are the desired outcomes and key results: 

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Senior staff to provide input, design, and create technical documents. 
  • Analyze client and stakeholder requirements in support of business continuity planning efforts.
  • Support development of Business Continuity plans and related documents in accordance with recognized standards and best practices.
  • Develop, analyze, and evaluate existing or proposed plans and procedures.
  • Coordinate and maintain relationships among teammates and stakeholders to optimize performance and cross-functional expertise.
  • Ensure quality of deliverables and products.
  • Support program manager with ongoing and new projects.
  • Formulate and implement effective and timely remedial actions when necessary.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited College or University.
  • 3-5 years of emergency preparedness, emergency response, continuity, and contingency planning experience, with 2 years’ experience in a business continuity related field.
  • Experience designing, developing, and publishing emergency management or business continuity plans for private sector organizations.
  • Ability to work in a distributed team environment, conduct research and analysis, and develop high quality written products.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Work with subject matter experts and team members to ensure that written product communicates information in a clear, appropriate, and applicable manner.
  • Analytical ability applied to client-provided content to determine suitability, content improvements, and overall structure.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of standards and best practices related to Business Continuity (and healthcare administration preferred).
  • Ability to deliver high quality documentation while paying attention to detail.
  • Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures.

Purpose of the role

Further develop the Program Management Office and coordinate the end-to-end scope of internal and customer facing programs and projects. The following are the desired outcomes and key results:

 Responsibilities

  • Develop new and further build PMO policies, processes, and procedures.
  • Guide the company through ISO certifications and audits.
  • Lead the implementation of the Entrepreneurial Operating System® (EOS®)
  • Lead and evaluate project managers and other staff.
  • Establish and manage an operational dashboard for the portfolio with control deadlines, budgets, quality, customer satisfaction, and team performance.
  • Apply and implement change, risk, and resource management to ensure project/program goals are achieved.
  • Assess program performance and aim to maximize ROI.
  • Develop an operations budget and operating plan for company products and services.
  • Develop an evaluation method to assess program strengths and identify areas for continuous improvement.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in business or related field.
  • PMP certification.
  • Proven experience in program management.
  • Proven stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven experience managing a team.
  • Experience using computers/technology for a variety of tasks.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Project.
  • Ability to travel to support internal company needs and customer engagements.

Due to growth, we are seeking a Marketing Specialist at our Corporate Headquarters location in Charlotte, NC. 

80% of work is virtual, 20% of work may be on site at various client sites.

In this key contract position as Marketing Specialist, you will be working directly with internal project managers, account executives, and the sales team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Develop, implement, and track marketing programs such as email, website, webinar, digital ad, social media, traditional print formats and event
  • Analyze and report on the performance and efficiency of campaigns
  • Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities
  • Develop and create compelling messages and documents that are audience-specific marketing materials, such as sales and product collateral, and ensure brand guidelines are met
  • Write, proofread, and edit creative and technical content across different mediums
  • Work with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing programs
  • Ensure brand is consistent internally and externally
  • Provide creative input and execute marketing projects and campaigns
  • Create product messaging and positioning research that is used for inbound and outbound sales assets, programs and solution briefs
  • Partner with product or service management and business development professionals to define and review value benefits, propositions and functionality
  • Work with sales, marketing, management, development and product research teams to launch new products, reintroduce existing lines and retire products
  • Review product personas in order to understand demographic segmentations

Requirements include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field
  • A deep/mature understanding of crisis management, business continuity, or risk management is preferred
  • 2-5 years of experience in marketing
  • Strong knowledge of various marketing and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot), and content management systems
  • Previous experience marketing for consulting or training companies
  • Excellent analytical skills and a knack for data analysis
  • Strong written and verbal communication and language skills
  • Skilled in writing and editing content with an attention to detail
  • Strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills
