  1. If you would like to change the participant, you can email us at info@asfalisadvisors.com to update the name of the participant. Restrictions may apply.
  2. Cancellation Policy:
    1. If you cancel before the enrollment and registration deadline, your fee will be reimbursed 100%.
    2. If you cancel after the 1st session, the fee is non-refundable.

The next tier of leaders within your organization that you want to further develop into an executive level position. Recommended applicant include:

  1. Local, state, and federal leaders in departments across economic development, public health, public works, finance and administration, human resources, transportation, police, fire, and emergency management.
  2. Leaders in the corporate and nonprofit sectors with responsibility for operations, human resources, planning, strategy, management, security, etc.
  3. Depending on the size and scale of your business, that may include managers, directors, vice presidents, executive directors, or presidents.

Each cohort typically consists of 10 to 20 learners, ensuring a focused and tailored learning experience for the group. Organizations can request a company-specific cohort for their employees, with the requirement that the cohort accommodates a minimum of 10 participants.

RLA 100 – Total in-session learning time is 21 – 24 hours depending on the cohort’s delivery method. There are a total of eight sessions delivered within a 90-day period.

RLA 200 – Total in-session learning time is 32 – 48 hours depending on the cohort’s delivery method. There are a total of eight sessions throughout the year (delivered quarterly).

Each session will provide a unique topic of discussion. Each session will generally be comprised of:

  1. 25% facilitated instruction
  2. 50% participant/group discussion
  3. 25% homework discussion and review

Yes. The academy was developed to be delivered virtually and in person to meet the unique needs of organizations. However, the academy is best experienced in-person to optimize collaboration. Delivery modality for regularly scheduled cohorts will be available when applications open. Delivery methods tailored to specific organizational needs are available upon request. Resilience Leadership Academy was developed with the learner in mind, integrating core adult learning theory concepts to enhance the learning experience. Our approach includes:

  1. Pre- and post-work materials to support the tools and templates introduced throughout the sessions.
  2. Interactive course sequencing introducing concepts that can be uniquely applied to all organizations by leaders at any level.
  3. Encouraging thought provoking discussion through hands-on activities and real-world applications.

There are 3 ways to pay for your seat(s) in the academy. You can pay via Invoice, ACH transfer, or a credit card online. Payment must be received to attend training.

Once you complete the application process, a questionnaire will be provided to collect additional details about participants, to include food allergies, in the event lunch is provided for your cohort.

Participants are expected to present in business or business casual attire for all sessions, including virtual cohorts.
