Ricky Davis’s security and risk management career began during his honorable and faithful service in the United States Army serving in combat, security force advisory and combat arms positions, respectively. His 27 years of world-wide experience, operational knowledge in support of national and strategic security objectives provided him the opportunity to work and collaborate with some of the most talented leaders in the world. Ricky’s highly decorated military career culminated with him achieving the rank of Command Sergeant Major. He is a graduate of the prestigious United States Army Sergeants Major Academy, (Class 60), achieving awards in leadership and professional military writing. Ricky’s has commercial, federal and private experience within enterprise security risk management to identify threats, provide security training and human resource solutions, technical/logistics training and emergency planning for security best and next practices.

He maintains several board and leadership positions to include: Area Regional Vice President, Group 4, ASIS International; Board of Directors, International Organization for Black Security Executives (IOBSE) and North Carolina Department of Public Safety, Business Emergency Operations Center (NC-BEOC).

Ricky Davis earned a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice/Protective Services from Excelsior College in Albany, New York; he holds a Masters in Administration in Business and Organizational Security Management from George Herbert Walker School for Business at Webster University in St. Louis. And maintains a Certificate of Homeland Security from Excelsior College in Albany, New York.
