Angelique Dumas-Edwards is a results-driven project management professional with a proven record of accomplishing tangible outcomes that benefit organizations and communities. Angelique has managed multiple programs totaling over $40 million to include: Metro Atlanta Urban Area Security Initiative, Lockheed Martin Corporation, Augusta Housing and Economic Development, and the City of Houston Housing and Community Development. She has worked with all levels of government with the areas of public housing, community development, and emergency management, as well as, extensive experience with terrorism prevention programs under the Federal Emergency Management Agency and Department of Homeland Security.
She has experience in strategic planning, project management, contract management, regulatory compliance and reporting, developing policy/procedures, grant and proposal writing, business development, budget oversight, reporting and regulatory compliance, and group facilitation.
Ms. Dumas-Edwards is a certified Project Management Professional and holds a Master’s degree in Urban and Regional Planning from Minnesota State University at Mankato.
